Who is Ymir?

Member of the Scouting Legion. She seems selfish, cynical, bossy, sly, uncooperative, exploitative and confrontational, but she can apparently be kind, especially to Krista. She is the Dancing Titan, who had wandered around outside the Wall for 60 years prior to the story.
