Who is Ryunosuke Sakamoto?
The son of Oryo, president of the Shinsengumi. Ryuunosuke was sent to Shanghai at the age of ten to learn more about the world. He recently returned from Shanghai and brought a Ykai named Nekomaru to Kyoto for registration.
