Who is Noel's Father?

A workaholic lawyer who only thinks about things primarily related to his job. He has a specific phobia of people he cannot sue like ghosts. He received help from Kokkuri-san in order to find a Christmas present for his daughter as well as a way to spend time with her in the last episode. It is discovered that he had mysteriously died and became a wondering ghost in order for him to spend at least one good memory with his daughter before he can pass on.
