Genko was one of "The Other World" master as Ginsei and Ioryogi .Because Genko helped Ioryogi to start a war,to obtain "The thing that Ioryogi wanted no matter what " that was in heaven. They eventually were defeated and for violating the non-aggression pact,Ioryogi was punished to be in a plushie form and to help Kobato,Genko says that this is an unresonable, impossible and even hurdle than being in a plushie form.Genko was forced to be a bear with a baum-kuchen shop. And Ginsei was punished to take an animal form,a rabbit-like one:"The others who participated in that fight each received fitting punishments". Genko dosen't sympathize much with Ioryogi, because he says that Ioryogi is younger than he, but is Genko not treated with any respect.Genko also finds it a similarity with Ginsei.
