The previous student council president before Amakusa Shino, who is now a university student. She's characterized as a person who is overwhelmed with modern technology to the point that she uses a abacus over a calculator. She is also presents an unfazed demeanor by Shino, Aria, and Yokoshima-sensei's usual antics. Overall, her interests is seen as somewhat old fashioned with her preference for traditional snacks and her use of 80s slang (to the confusion of others).
