Who is Brittany?
A very interesting character in the sense that he knew the name of Thurston not by the last name of his father, but by his grandfather Axel. They met him while they were repairing the ship in the cave, and as a result, made friends with the crew. He lives in the cave, and was none too kind to have people breaking in.
