Ushio to Tora (TV) 2nd Season episodes

Ushio, anxious over the approaching decisive battle with Hakumen, runs into Asako on the way home from school and ends up arguing with her as usual.

Upon getting a premonition that the Beast Spear would break, the yokai chiefs from all over make a collective decision.

Mayuko, Kirio, and Kuin are all doing what they can to stop Hakumen no Mono. Meanwhile, Ushio runs into the exorcist, Hyou, again. Because of his magical eye, Hyou did not forget about Ushio's existence. Hyou comes to visit Ushio at his home, and they encounter azafuses as well as Guren, and learn what Tora might actually be.

A mysterious ghost appears in front of Atsuzawa and calls herself Jie Mei. She says she has a favor to ask him in regards to Hakumen no Mono... Meanwhile, Ushio and Tora are asked to come meet some people who want to see them. While they are on the way to meet these people, they run into Nagare, and Ushio can't hide his surprise. The happy reunion is cut short by some shocking news...

After being tricked by Hakumen no Mono, the JASDF prepare to send subs to destroy the stone pillar where Ushio's mother is, as she keeps Hakumen sealed. Ushio heads to Okinawa to stop them, but runs into Nagare, who seems to have switched sides. Ushio leaves Nagare to Tora, and hurries to stop the subs. Nagare and Tora go all out in battle, and Asako finds out a secret about Ushio...

Ushio heads to the stone pillar in order to save his mother from Hakumen no Mono. He approaches her quietly in the cave and she softly calls his name. They get to share a heartwarming moment together, but then a terrible sound interrupts their reunion. Torpedoes break through the barrier, and then...

Hakumen no Mono is revived. Hakumen rises from the sea and instantly strikes fear into the hearts of all that sees it. Ushio suddenly becomes filled with hatred, as he finally got to see his mother, and is forced to carry out the cruel fate of wielding the Beast Spear. Despite his mother telling him that he cannot fight Hakumen no Mono with hate, Ushio is overwhelmed by his hatred and attacks. Meanwhile, Hakumen no Mono reveals a secret about Tora...

Even with the strength of the leader of the East, Sumako, Mayuko, Shigure and the other monks, they are no match against Hakumen no Mono. Hakumen no Mono heads toward the main island of Japan from Okinawa for more fear from the humans as well as for destruction. While in the ocean, Ushio begins to dream about a man from long ago. The truth about Hakumen's birth is finally revealed.

Ushio finds out about everything that happened in the past. Because he doesn't want anyone else to die, he rises up once again. Hakumen no Mono heads to mainland Japan, bringing chaos wherever it goes, and at the same time, a huge typhoon engulfs all of Japan. The shards of the Beast Spear attacks all of the Hiyou embedded in everyone's minds, and their memories of Ushio and Tora return. Everyone's hope is restored, as they know that as long as Ushio and Tora are there, there is hope.

The humans and monsters face Hakumen no Mono together. Because they are filled with hope, Hakumen no Mono's movements get weaker. Surrounded by everyone's hope, Aotsuki Ushio reemerges wielding the revived Beast Spear. With the sun rising behind him, Ushio faces Hakumen no Mono onc more. Meanwhile, Hyou wakes up in someone's yard after fighting with Guren. He was in thee middle of his final with his accursed enemy, Guren, and it was finally coming to a close...

Hakumen no Mono is cornered and the battle seems to finally be coming to an end. Tora is sinking slowly to the bottom of the ocean, when Mayuko comes to talk to himm and tries to lift his spirits. Tora is able pick himself up and reunites with Ushio and prepares to end the battle with Hakumen no Mono, once and for all.

Trapped inside the barrier, Hakumen no Mono uses poison to chase away the youkai that had entrapped it into the barrier, but Ushio and Tora are protected by their armors. Surrounded by poison, Ushio and Tora's final battle with Hakumen begins. No matter how many times Hakumen attacks, Ushio keeps fighting, but the effects of overuse of the Beast Spear are starting to show again...
