The Men in Black devise a plan to enter the row house to get to Ginjiro, seeing if he has a connection to the white sky beast. Ginjiro does his best to prevent them from causing any trouble. The blue girl, in her true form, attempts to steal the rocket, but Seikichi manages to blast it up into the sky in time.
